- Sub-Inspector – only through Online Application.Candidates applying through Offline applications can obtain application forms from Commandant Offices located in Bangalore, Gulbarga, Mangalore, Mysore, Munirabad, Belgaum, Shimoga & submit the filled in application.Online Submission Procedure: (via ravisblognet.com)

- Fill the image verification code & open the application form. Fill the Online application & click the submit button to generate the bank fee payment challan. Take printout of the triplet challan in A4 sheet in landscape mode.
- Visit designated branches of SBM or SBH. Pay the fee and collect the Journal No., Branch code etc.
- Now again visit the Online Application form. Now select Complete application form.
- Fill your application ID & date of birth.
- Fill Bank fee payment details & upload photo & signature. Take printout of the application form.

- Last Date for Submission : 15-02-2012 till 6:00 PM
- Last Date to Pay Fees at Bank & update Journal No. : 16-02-2012 till 8:00 PM
